Hester House is 'stepped' up the hillside, to give a total of nine townhouses at different levels, each with two bedrooms.

The first level has five properties, each with a courtyard garden. Unusually, the bedrooms are at the 'ground' level, with the living area on the floor above, in order to take advantage of the sea views from the living room balcony.

There are a further four townhouses on the next levels, built more conventionally with the living area at 'ground' level. Three of these properties have particularly large open verandas with built in jacuzzis, plus extra balcony space from the bedrooms above.
