Eleanora House is 'stepped' backwards up the hillside, giving a variety of different size and style of apartments.

Level 1 is covered car parking, with lift access to all floors.

Levels 2 and 3 feature one and two bedroom apartments with covered verandas accessed by sliding doors from the living areas. Kitchens are large enough to be fully equipped and there are fullsize bathrooms for each bedroom.

Two of the apartments at Level 3 have courtyard gardens.

Level 4 has two apartments, each with three bedrooms. These apartments feature particularly large open terraces, with built in traditional barbecues and jacuzzis.
