Specific Performance
This process prevents the seller/developer from re-selling a property to another buyer and provides an absolute safeguard to the buyer until the application to the Council of Ministers has been made and approved. The Contract of Sale must be deposited at the Land Registry within two months of being signed and stamped. Your solicitor will do this as part of his duties.
