What does the Aftersales department do? - During the course of the purchase, when the building work is well under way, clients will be contacted by the Aftersales Department with regard to the finishes for their property.
We will guide them through, not only the choices for their tiles, but the choice also for their furniture and upholstery items. Clients are more than welcome to come to the Aftersales department to see the finishes that have been selected for their particular development, and to appreciate the process involved in arriving at the colours and choices for everything involved.
If clients have booked a ‘Site Visit’ with our Customer Care department, then it is a good idea to combine the visit with one to our Aftersales Office to see the finishes, and to make your selections in person. However, if this is not an option, we can send the details to clients by e-mail. A detailed description of the finishes is also sent with the selection, to guide clients through the process of making their selection.

When your property is complete - You will again be contacted by the Aftersales Department, who will ask homeowners to come to take delivery of their finished property, so that they may start to enjoy many happy holidays there.
Clients will be accommodated at one of our hotels for the evening of their arrival, and arrangements made, where possible, for delivery to take place the following morning.
Clients will be collected from the hotel and taken to the development on which they have purchased their property. They will be escorted to the property and shown around, given operational instructions for items such as the air conditioning units, cooker, washing machine etc., and given information about the facilities available.
After delivery, the service doesn’t end there! -
Any snagging items that may occur during the first year after delivery will be rectified. Even after this time homeowners may still come to us for assistance and advice. We are here for our clients at all times.
To make sure everything is kept in top condition, Alpha Panareti also offers a range of services, for which homeowners may take out a contract with us. From air conditioning servicing and repairs, to private pool and garden maintenance, everything is covered. For additional peace of mind, we also offer very competitive quotations for Contents Insurance – for which all owners are personally responsible.

The Aftersales Department offer a complete design service for our clients, in that we select all the finishes and put them together in ‘themes’. This ensures that whatever the client chooses from our theme, it will match perfectly, from the tiles on the floor to the curtains hanging at the windows.
Clients can rest assured that, as the market trends toward colour and styles change, so do our offers of furniture and finishes, therefore they do not have to worry about the finishes becoming dated or old fashioned. Each development is different in every aspect of style, colours and finishes.
From the moment we select the kitchen style, the task of putting the whole concept together begins…
We source our products, mainly from the Italian market, not only because they offer the style we are looking for, but the quality, value for money and durability. Which are uppermost in our minds when selecting the items for our packages.
When choosing the ceramics, we choose a colour from the kitchen – perhaps a rich cream finish, then we select a floor tile with the same base colour, and add various hues of other colours, bearing in mind that Cyprus has a hot climate, we incorporate colours giving not only the richness of the Mediterranean, but also the cooling colours of the sea.
Each part of the ‘theme’ is linked to the next part, from the time you open the front door to your property, the tiles are linked to the kitchen, which in turn is linked to the furniture, which is then linked to the bedroom finishes which include the wardrobes and internal doors. The bathrooms are created to make them a peaceful, calming area, and the colours and finishes chosen in a way to ensure this happens.
Within each ‘themed’ package, there are various options from which clients can choose, in order that they can ‘personalise’ their property. There will be a selection of kitchen tiles, upholstery fabrics for their sofa bed, armchairs and dining chairs to choose from. There would also be a selection of wood finishes for the furniture such as the dining tables, and bedroom furniture.
Our selection of outdoor furniture for patio areas, offers comfort, durability and easy maintenance.
We also offer various other items for client to add to their property, which include picture packs, décor packs, roof terrace furniture for those clients with roof terraces.
Our electrical packages, use the kitchen space to its capacity, offer all the appliances necessary, which include the cooker, hob and extractor fan. There is also a washing machine a microwave, a television and a DVD player (the only item homeowners need to provide, in order to receive the satellite channels available is their own digi box). All electrical items are recognised brands such as Toshiba, and LG, and are all covered by the appropriate manufacturers guarantees.
After homeowners have made their selections, they can then rest assured that everything will now be taken care of by Alpha Panareti. From laying the tiles, installing the furniture and laying the table ready for owners to take delivery, everything will be done for you.
Our furniture and electrical packages offer a ‘one stop shop’, taking away the stress and strain of finding the shops, making decisions, getting everything delivered on time etc. Each furniture and electrical package, provides everything you could possible need to enable you and your guests to stay in the property, the only worry being how long to leave the wine to chill!
Development Facilities - The majority of our developments, apart from having beautiful swimming pools, in which to cool down during the long hot summer days, have other facilities – a fully equipped gymnasium, sauna cabins and massage facilities are all available to homeowners and their guests. What better way to spend your holiday than making use of all the facilities – start the day with a work-out in the gym, followed by time in the sauna, a few lengths of the pool, and wind down with a luxurious, relaxing massage.

Under the guidance of the Administration Offices on site, all developments are maintained by teams of technicians – gardeners, pool maintenance, general maintenance, electricians, plumbers and cleaning staff. Our staff ensure that all facilities are functioning properly, the lifts are clean and working at all times, changing rooms are clean, and all pool equipment is in good order at all times.
For those clients considering renting out their property, either long term or holiday rentals, we can put them in touch with our associated Rental company. The company will take care of everything on the clients’ behalf, from advertising the property for rental, to cleaning between rentals, to providing a ‘welcome pack’ ready for the guests’ arrival. They will also ensure that the property is kept in excellent condition at all times.
Property Management - Alpha Panareti Public Ltd. is dedicated to ensuring that your investment is protected in the years to come, by providing a management service to look after the day-to-day running of apartment and maisonette projects. They will be responsible for items such as the cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool, cleaning the communal areas, looking after the gardens etc.
On completion of a particular development, a Management Committee (“MC”) will be formed, with each homeowner being a member of the MC. The MC will comprise of a Steering Committee appointed by the homeowners and will oversee the business of the MC. The day to day running of the business will be undertaken by Alpha Panareti Public Ltd. under the direction of the Steering Committee.
From the outset, a monthly maintenance fee is payable by each homeowner and adjusted as it becomes necessary by the Steering Committee. To provide absolute transparency, annual accounts will be prepared and submitted to all homeowners for their records and perusal.
This system of controlled management and maintenance provides and ensures that the development is properly run and property prices protected in the future.
